Firebase: We use Firebase services for the following purposes:

- Auth: To assign a unique identifier to each user without requiring personal login credentials.
Adapty: We use Adapty to manage in-app purchases and related analytics.
OpenAI: We share recognized text (extracted locally from voice input or photos, such as receipts) with OpenAI services in order to analyze and process transaction information. The original photos or voice themselves are not uploaded or shared.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your data using secure cloud infrastructure provided by trusted services, including Firebase and Apple iCloud. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

4.1 Firebase Firestore
We use Firebase services such as Firestore, Analytics, and Crashlytics to help us improve the App and monitor stability. Firestore may store anonymous analytical or structural data (e.g., template definitions, usage patterns), but no personal or identifiable user information is stored in Firestore.

4.2 iCloud and CloudKit
We use Apple’s iCloud service, specifically CloudKit, to securely synchronize your data across your personal Apple devices. This allows you to access your data on multiple devices without requiring registration, login credentials, or manual backups.

All data stored via iCloud is saved in your private iCloud container and is not accessible to us or any third party. The data is encrypted and managed by Apple in accordance with their security and privacy standards.

You retain full control over your iCloud data. If you choose to delete our app’s data from iCloud, it will be permanently removed and will no longer be available to the App on any device. You can manage this via Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

We do not use public or shared CloudKit databases. All synchronized data is private and associated exclusively with your personal iCloud account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as your account is active, unless a longer retention period is required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete your data in accordance with applicable laws.
